We have answered the most frequently asked questions about the delivery and shipping of your Rambrandt artwork.

After you place your order, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for your FameFrame™ to be carefully printed and packaged. Your package will then be handed over to our shipping partner, who will deliver it to you within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your FameFrame™ . You will see the exact costs before completing your purchase.

Your FameFrame™ comes as an easy-to-assemble kit in a sturdy, custom-made package. The frame and rolled canvas are protected in a robust cardboard box to prevent damage during shipping.

Yes. As soon as your FameFrame™ leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link. This allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

If you are not at home, the delivery person will usually make another delivery attempt or leave a notification with instructions on where you can pick up your package.

Our products are shipped directly from our studio to your address. Personal collection is unfortunately not possible at this time.
